Inspirational Journeys Volume 4 - Spirit

As with previous volumes in the Inspirational Journeys series this is being released as a double CD. The first CD features two thirty minute guided meditations.

The first, Meet Your Spirit Guide is written by international clairvoyant Jewel Marie Leaf. The second meditation, written by acclaimed musician Stephen Page is called Your Sacred Place. Both meditations are narrated by Stephen Page.

The backing music to the meditations has been composed by Simon Cunliffe.

The second CD features the music from the meditations.
